Crystal Plotting?
Hi, I don't use either of them but if you find that neither of them do exactly what you want, I would recommend writing your own plotting library. You can use https://github.com/celestinecr/celestine to build SVGs to make the charts with.

Question: Is there an rbenv for Crystal?
There is the older crenv. The backend, crystal-build, is unmaintained but I worked for a while to rewrite it in Crystal (crystal-build-cr). It's not super polished but it works for me to install new versions of Crystal when they come out.
What are some alternatives?
When comparing celestine and crystal-build-cr you can also consider the following projects:
marionette - Selenium alternative for Crystal. Browser manipulation without the Java overhead.
crysterm - Console / terminal GUI toolkit for Crystal.
Cadmium - Natural Language Processing (NLP) library for Crystal
lindex - Lindex, Markdown document database indexer
asdf-crystal - Crystal plugin for the asdf version manager
validator - :gem: Data validation module for Crystal lang
crenv - :gem: Crystal version manager like rbenv.
playwright-cr - Crystal version of the Playwright testing and automation library.
asdf - Extendable version manager with support for Ruby, Node.js, Elixir, Erlang & more
Mango - Mango is a self-hosted manga server and web reader
