Bose NC 700 Firmware Update 2.0.4

[QC 700] It won't connect to my headphone
I tried to downgrade my firmware using this solution https://github.com/bosefirmware/ced but it never past the page to load the firmware to the headphone cause it always ask to download newer version.

Soundlink Mini II red light
i managed to follow this instruction https://github.com/bosefirmware/ced/issues/4 (to show older firmware for the soundlink mini 2) i managed to have the older firmware show up on btu.bose.com but the error is still the same :( (no dice etc error)

Bose blocked the ability to downgrade beyond 4.3.6, custom softwares blocked
I was able to downgrade the QC35 II all the way to 2.5.1 by following this guide https://github.com/bosefirmware/ced/issues/4#issuecomment-546211032 When you finish setting up Charles, you NEED to use Internet Explorer to go to downgrade via btu.bose.com
