Are there any mods that add more content to the game and work in version 2.031?
There isn't much modded content. Of the top of my mind, there is Klattmose's mods, Spiced Cookies, Omniscient Cookies, Darky's Achievements Package, Cookie Clicker OC Ideas, and Lots of Loreos.

Modded Gameplay: Game just gave out on me, what do I do?
Unfortunately, Cookie Clicker modding is still in its infancy. The current modding API is extremely minimal; think of earlier than Minecraft Forge. In fact, CCSE is the closest thing we have to Forge; CCSE-based mods are usually compatible with each other, but mods that are outside of this walled garden usually have compatibility problems. (We even have our analogue to Fabric!)
