You're most likely looking for Advanced Custom Fields (here is the PRO version), Carbon Fields, CMB2, or any other custom field manager.

if you don't wanna pay for ACF Pro but still need Repeater Fields, i recommend Carbon Fields. It lives entirely in your code (there's no "Create Field Group" GUI like with ACF) but it does it's job very well.

To have it, I use some JS and CSS. Instead of adding them directly to the theme, I’m using the My Custom Functionality plugin. You can download it from GitHub or choose to use an alternative one for the same feature such as the Code Snippets plugin.
