The GTK (Applications theme) and Shell theme are the Flat Remix theme by Daniruiz. The icon theme is Candy Icons by EliverLara. If you want to set it up exactly like mine, your Tweaks application setting should look like this.

I extracted candy icons to the usr share icons but it isn’t working for apps like Firefox, blender, gimp, etc.
Reupload because I am dumb and did not add links! Again, inspired by an earlier post with the clock.

Is it possible to install KDE Candy Icons (https://github.com/EliverLara/candy-icons) on MacOS or easily customize the file icons? I really like the look and feel of KDE, and these icons are my favorite for the KDE desktop. It'd be nice if similar desktop customization existed for MacOS. So far I've failed to find any helpful documentation or discussions.

Yes, it's under linux with the KDE Sweet theme (https://github.com/EliverLara/Sweet-kde). Linux is by far the superior platform if you don't game. See my comment here for more info.
