I think I might have found this on this sub, but this tool has been great as an adjustable scheduling tool

Any online websites or apps to help build a run plan?
Has a bunch of common 5K, 10K, half and full mara. plans you can set a target date for, shuffle days around based on your schedule and export an iCal file. It's also open source.
