Dependency Build Cache!
For gitlab CI + stack I just stick ~/.stack and ~/.local into the cache (e.g. https://gitlab.com/krakrjak/icfpc2021-junkfood/-/blob/main/.gitlab-ci.yml) and we don't have to rebuild dependencies.
