maybe maybe maybe recently i came across tiarap which has adblock + malware protection both and doesn't log + has crypt have a look here https://doh.tiar.app but i'm not sure where it's based , so lil skeptical about it.

Adguard private DNS vs Blokada app
Yes using a private dns would reduce battery drain as you no longer have to rely on third party apps which needs to run continuously in the background. Adguard dns offers basic level of adblocking. Blokada on the other hands allows more options to user allowing to choose a preferred blocklist to block more ads, select custom dns provider, app exclusion to name a few. If basic ad blocking works then you can stick to adguard dns. An alternative to adguard dns with more adblocking can be found at https://doh.tiar.app/

To increase your experience on other devices in any App, set your DNS on your router to an adblocking DNS, like BlahDNS
