Topaz Unicode
I was hoping that would be the case!
Unfortunately, the bitmap font manipulation tools I'm using (monobit¹ and BitsNPicas²) do not support putting more than one strike into an OpenType wrapper. If there's some other tool that can do that assembly, I'd like to hear about it.

Really curious, what’s your favorite terminal fonts ?
I've used Cozette (it really is cozy and warm, looks like old games, and it's one of the few bitmap fonts that has slavic characters) for a while but it's too small for me now. The ravages of age, and all that. Now I'm using Terminus, which not only looks very nice and crisp, but also covers a good chunk of Unicode including my ěščřžýáíé runes.
