I've created a base16-project theme template for Kakoune. https://github.com/base16-project/base16-kakoune. I'm not very familiar with Kakoune, but I was testing it out and noticed there wasn't an abundance of themes like I'm used to seeing for text editors. Creating a theme didn't look too complicated, so I decided to make base16-kakoune since I use base16-project for everything.

PHP RFC: Deprecations for PHP 8.3
If you want some random string (e.g. for a random filename), you can use bin2hex(random_bytes(16)). This will generate a random 128 bit identifier using the CSPRNG. To be extra safe, use https://github.com/paragonie/constant_time_encoding instead of bin2hex. The constant time encoder prevents some additional (more obscure) attacks.
