Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Xbar: Put anything in your macOS menu bar
I've been using barbly[0] which I wrote to scratch my own itch. It uses a JSON format for describing the menu bars which I found easier to work with. It's aesthetic is slightly different as well.

Yes. You can choose exactly what you want to upload. The easiest way to do that is with a client program like Cyberduck (free) or Cloudberry Explorer ($).

Backblaze Product and Pricing Updates
The developers for Cyberduck have their source open on github (https://github.com/iterate-ch/cyberduck) but the app does ask for a donation whenever you close it. I've found this to be the most reliable and the ease of use is incredible for a layperson.
Only issue is that it's only available on Windows or OSX.

Which version of Cyberduck are you using? There was at least one bug associated with performance in Cyberduck 8.5.8 and 8.5.9. Since 8.6.0 isn't yet available, you might want to consider going back to 8.5.7.

Why are there so many background permissions for one drive? Why are they unidentified? Anyone else like this? Im concerned about viruses
You could try Cyberduck, I use it as a replacement for the Google Drive and Dropbox clients, it works with OneDrive as well.
