I am not sure if it has been posted before. But as a vim user I absolutely love this image
For me, I started with a minimal vimrc from office and googled a lot of issues I was facing one by one. Then I started watching youtube videos of people explaining cool things you could do in vim. I was also practicing the basics using vim tutor. Once I got a hang of the commands I was able to integrate other people's configs and suggestions as per my own liking and finally started solving my own little problems using custom snippets and functions and stuff like that. Here's my vim config: https://github.com/ayushxx7/dotfiles if you want to take a lot. At the end of the day, I'm happy and proud that I am able to use vim as my day to day editor. I'm also so surprised whenever I find something new thay fits perfectly with my workflow!
