I won't bore you with the details of the technical and creative skills for each role. I made this for that exact purpose: https://github.com/notpresident35/learn-awesome-gamedev Past that, the search engine is your best friend, but read books and take classes. Absorb meaty content, not tutorials. There's a reason it's called tutorial hell.
