    Do you have a naming convention? Tagging requirements? If not, start now, and use Azure Policy to a) find out of compliance resources, and b) prevent the creation of new non-compliant resources. Naming convention should be published centrally in something like a wiki that people can update, and/or use the Azure Naming Tool.
