The number of mentions indicates the total number of mentions that we've tracked plus the number of user suggested alternatives.
Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Bordeaux-Threads API v2
On the latter, I'm aware of the atomics package and have considered using it, but it would significantly cut down on the number of supported platforms compared to BT.

Is there any double compare-and-swap (DCAS) library for CL?
https://github.com/cosmos72/stmx is transactional memory, so I think it does a bit more than simple CAS. CAS is in https://shinmera.github.io/atomics .

CL hash-table thread-safety
Not sure. You can check the atomics package. But ConcurrentHashMap in Java works with locks internally.

Moving from the BEAM to Common Lisp: What are my concurrency options?
David McClain has product level Lisp-Actors, if you use LispWorks.
What are some alternatives?
When comparing atomics and Lisp-Actors you can also consider the following projects:
cloture - Clojure in Common Lisp
stmx - High performance Transactional Memory for Common Lisp
cl-skip-list - Lockless skip lists for Common Lisp; well, for now sbcl 1.0.42 or higher. Contributions for other Lisps welcome. See the README file for a list of what is required.
Common-Lisp-Actors - An actor system for Common Lisp.
calispel - CSP-like channels for common lisp
cl-gserver - Sento - Actor framework featuring actors and agents for easy access to state and asynchronous operations.
chanl - Portable channel-based concurrency for Common Lisp
awesome-cl - A curated list of awesome Common Lisp frameworks, libraries and other shiny stuff.
