As far as running your own copy, you can set up, configure, and use the API from https://github.com/Digital-Farming-Initiative/arbor-wallet-website/ by hand, or with it, setup run the app at https://github.com/Digital-Farming-Initiative/arbor-wallet in either the Android or XCode emulator.

Arbor Wallet 2.0.0 is Officially Released!
This app does not run a node or peer-to-peer light wallet. Once the transactions are locally signed using the private key which never leaves the device, the signed spend bundle is submitted to our full node to push to the network. Arbor Wallet 2.0.0 is Officially Released!
Thanks, we use https://pub.dev/packages/hive to store the wallet information with strong encryption. You can see the source code here https://github.com/Digital-Farming-Initiative/arbor-wallet. Feel free to let us know of any bugs you find and we'll make sure to fix them as soon as we can.

I took a look at the Arbor-Wallet source code. Please be careful for now!
It appears the commit with that code was added about a month ago by TobiCrackIT who is one of the core contributors to this repo. It's either a very intentional (and public) malicious attempt by someone with a relatively established profile and history, or a mistake/poor naming/etc. I'd guess the latter, but again - verification is good. I wouldn't currently use this
