There is also Libreav, it scans apps and also has real time apk scan...some are false positives though

This is LibreAV from F-Droid. I'm curious if it's like this for other people!
After some search there is an issue about this on libreav's github: https://github.com/projectmatris/antimalwareapp/issues/4 It's a false positive.
