android-plugin-api-for-locale VS TapTap

It's likely a plugin issue. It has declared multiple broadcast receivers with the com.twofortyfouram.locale.intent.action.FIRE_SETTING intent-filter. Check its AndroidManifest, like with App Manager.

When you configure a plugin, the plugin sends the EXTRA_STRING_BLURB string extra back to plugin host as a short description of the configuration to show to the user in the action edit screen. It's limited to max 60 characters, defined by maximum_blurb_length in plugin-host-sdk-for-locale.

Just a quick shout-out of an app I discovered, it's a backport of quick tap for older android versions, but also has sensitivity adjustments and works great for me. Always triggers when I double tap (unlike the originl) and I've never had it accidentally trigger. https://github.com/KieronQuinn/TapTap
