- So I bought this MacBook Air 2020, and blue stacks doesn’t wanna work while Nox seems to also not work..... Anyone knows another emulator?

Android Studio added support back in March with the initial standalone emulator still up on github.

2012 i5 16 GB MacBook enough for development?
With regards to android emulation, looks like there was a beta M1 emulator, but its no longer required as its now integrated? I had not head that about android emulation though, but it makes sense. Saving for an M1 device myself at the moment so will dig into it more! ty

Flutter on Apple M1 w/ Rosetta
There is a Android emulator preview available, I am using that, and for basic testing it works fine. There are some known issues (listed in GitHub), and maybe some unknown ones. You will have to download the dmg file from GitHub release section. https://github.com/google/android-emulator-m1-preview

Is it dangerous to switch on M1 MacBook in terms of react native development?
As I know, there actually is an Android Studio version for M1 MacBook, and even an android emulator, though it has some limitations

How do I setup android emulator for M1 Mac?
According to the github page of the Android Emulator M1 Preview: Support for downloading the M1-based emulator was added to SDK Manager, so it's not necessary to go to the Github releases page to download a standalone .app anymore. In AVD Manager go to the Other Images tab as by default it doesn't show the ARM64 images.
