How many cores do you have? You may need https://github.com/acidanthera/CpuTscSync or VoodooTSCSync.kext (configured to your amount of cores).

CPU with missing MSR_IA32_TSC_ADJUST unsupported on macOS 12 and newer
I tried to upgrade to Monterey but without success. The logs lead me to belive that it's something to do with the CpuTscSync kext. And it turns out, as per their description on GitHub that:

My Hackintosh randomly freezes up and I can't do anything except a hard reset
So after a few hours using macOS, I finally encountered another Panic despite the fact that I added the CpuTscSync.kext (that u/tasco11 recommended me), did things to patch the iGPU with u/elgipsy and also properly patching the Connectors Types with this guide from OpenCore. So, now I will try to follow u/SekiShao instructions about more iGPU patching and we will see if the problems persist…

Those files aren't to be used as kext. Download CpuTscSync-1.0.3-RELEASE.zip from https://github.com/acidanthera/CpuTscSync/releases

Not enough info about the problem you're having. For starters, I would make sure you're booting with CpuTscSync for your X299 board.
