Cut and Paste Better
I have a keybind to paste over the selected text in visual mode, which I found myself doing a lot. Its set up so that the text that I paste over does not get placed into a buffer when it's deleted.

Plugin question
Here's my current vimrc file. It's heated towards C++ editing. I've used vim for a long time but a week or two ago I decided I was going to go through and modernize my vimrc file. This is where I'm currently at but it's still a work in progress.
