If you post your krooster, people can give you personalized advices! Even better if you mention what content you usually do (ex: IS, SSS, high risk CC, just story and events, etc)

Fill out https://krooster.com/, at least mark the ops you have, and set filter to unowned.

It is guaranteed 6 star, just don't forget to set the timer to 9 hours. You can put your tags in aceship to see what you can get. You can 50-50 for Exu or Saria, they are good starter options and they also scale well into harder stages.

for recruitment you want to try and set tags that give guaranteed 4☆ or higher ops, use this. if no 4☆exists, set your timer to 7:40.

Use this to see your options. You could get Vulkan because she's recruitment only.

The most important thing is to make sure that you select the guaranteed 4 or higher tags in your daily recruitment since they give quite more green certs than the 3* and lower. If you don't yet, check out a page like this one (set server and language to English if it's not already) and put the tags you get to see if there is any combination that gives a higher rarity operator. A huge bulk of the green certs for the monthly buying comes from them so it's important you check and slowly memorize combinations for them (tags like Support, Fast Redeploy and Shift are guaranteed 4* or higher if the tag doesnt drop for example).

It should take about 3 months to farm, give or take. If you plan on pulling any time between now and September, you should get them faster. Once you start maxing out 4-stars, you'll get yellow certs from the 4-star dupes so you can use this site to see if any of your recruitment tags can guarantee a 4-star.

The best way to get her is to do recruits (typically how you fill out your roster with low rarity ops). If you enter your recruit tags into https://aceship.github.io/AN-EN-Tags/akhr.html you'll probably get her within a week or two. For example, be on the lookout for vanguard + healing tags as they guarantee her. The rule of thumb is to set recruit time for 7 hr 40 min for 1 tag and 9 hours for 2 tags. Good luck!
