pls is one to check out. I normally strip the part where it executes the code, but you can do what you want.

I've had it spit out a few websites. Basically, I adapted 'pls' to spit out nothing but HTML.

Is it basically like pls then?

For the command line, there's the simple web call that pls does. That's a bash script. It only currently handles one question, with no history.
