[G-002-FWK-749] Pilot the Über Toaster and seek revenge on the evil toast horde
Enjoy this throwback! I originally planned to just port the screensaver but this is Game Builder Garage so I added a mini game- press "A" to pilot the Über Toaster and seek revenge on the evil toast horde. I kept the code nice and neat so take a look for other surprises. Thanks to bryanbraun, whose project I based the timing and spacing of objects on (https://github.com/bryanbraun/after-dark-css), and by extension thanks to everyone he thanks/attributes.

Original dev here. I took another look at these and I found a lot of animations that we could convert to transforms to improve performance. I just created a new issue here: https://github.com/bryanbraun/after-dark-css/issues/9
