Rankings Plugin?
You can use Advanced Tables Plugin. Very useful for formating, sorting, and other utilities for tables on markdown format: https://github.com/tgrosinger/advanced-tables-obsidian
-
Recently migrated from Notion to Obsidian
Before they breathed new life into that project I used the following to better manage tables: - https://github.com/tgrosinger/advanced-tables-obsidian - https://github.com/ganesshkumar/obsidian-excel-to-markdown-table
-
Show HN: Sheet Markup – add spreadsheets to a Markdown document
I use advanced tables[0] and Excel to markdown tables[1] plugins - they make working with tables in Obsidian a bit easier.
That said, I think tables are markdown's Achilles heel - anything involving multi-line content starts to make things complicated.

What are some must have plugins for beginners with Obsidian
I really like make.md for its powerful and simplified design. Advanced Tables and Excel to markdown table are great if you are working with tables a lot and also "smaller" plugins like paste url into selection and tag wragler really can make your life easier.

Tables In Obsidian
I can recommend https://github.com/tgrosinger/advanced-tables-obsidian, makes dealing with tables much easier.
-
What do you guys think about the way Obsidian handles tables? I spent 20 mins trying to figure out why these last two rows wouldn't render, but it looked fine in Typora.
As usual you've probably got to rely on plugins. [Table Enhancer](https://github.com/Stardusten/ob-table-enhancer) isn't released yet, but it's very usable. I used to use [Advanced Tables](https://github.com/tgrosinger/advanced-tables-obsidian) but Table Enhancer is better, so I only use it to auto-format the markdown now.

Emoji breaks tables 😔 Can anybody help me find a solution? Habit-tracking table.
I tried to look for a solution: https://github.com/tgrosinger/advanced-tables-obsidian/issues/44

Writing down what I do – in Obsidian

New user, afraid of losing notes in the madness
find orphaned and broken links
-
Creating a directory of blank links?
This plugin does precisely that - it generates a list of those broken links as well as a list of the files where those links are to be found. An entry on this list looks like this:
-
Any way to create a new note from a link *without* opening the note?
Something like find-unlinked-files might help. It's a plug-in, but it doesn't create the links automatically. Instead, it helps you find all your broken links. That way you can create links to non-existent files without breaking your flow, then use the tool later to find them and fill them in etc.
-
Unlinked mentions list?
Would the Dangling Links or Find Unlinked Files plugins be close to what you're looking for?
- Is there a plugin or feature that lists all un-started notes as well as notes below a certain word count?
-
Today is my one year using obsidian. This is what journal vault came to be
That is a tedious job, finding orphans, in a big graph. The [find unlinked files](https://github.com/Vinzent03/find-unlinked-files) plugin is a lot more efficient. Finds orphaned files, broken links, and empty files.
-
Plugin for deleting unlinked images
But I did find this plugin which should be exactly what OP is looking for
-
Dataview - list of non-existent pages?
Not sure how to do this in Dataview, but there is a plugin that does this - Find orphaned files and broken links (https://github.com/Vinzent03/find-unlinked-files).
-
Is there a way to query unlinked images?
Maybe try out this plugin: Find unlinked files
-
Can you query for ophan notes?
