View images, fonts and GIFs with telescope-media.nvim and setting wallpapers/fonts with it. And, a URL shortner with . And, a nice word definition under cursor thing.

I do not think I will package it into a separate repo soon but, if you are interested in using this then go here, here and here and integrate them into your config/plugin accordingly.
