Linux on Snapdragon 850?
I've you give it a look here https://github.com/aarch64-laptops/build you will see that, apparently the hw acceleration doesn't work for your laptop on Linux. It's really unfortunate if you consider that Android is the main source of Qualcomm's SoCs revenues...

The short answer, you're probably out of luck since most even partically supported ARM laptops are borderline unusable due to missing hardware video acceleration. More about it here: https://github.com/aarch64-laptops/build

Galaxy Book Go (ARM)?
Unfortunatly, other than Pinebook, there are no ARM laptops with good Linux support. Here is the list: https://github.com/aarch64-laptops/build. None of them even has accelerated graphics support at this point.
