You're right it looks like that drive should work. Maybe check in here. To see if you can get further assistance or compare your EFI folder to his. Best of luck.

Hey, I'm absolutely newbie at hackintosh and I want to install MacOS on my laptop. I found two EFI repos on GitHub (OpenCore 0.6.5)) and (Clover). As i mentioned, I'm a dilettante, so I tried to make standard installation with OpenCore described in the first link (i.e boot into recovery mode and download MacOS directly, but as i understand recovery menu doesn't recognize my WLAN-card. Maybe you, guys, know how to install the system easily, thank you for all of your advices :)

MSI Modern 15 A10M for Programming?
I just got this same laptop from best buy last week and I gotta say it's pretty great. I bought an extra 8gb of ram for $45 on Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08FBNYQ5F/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) which is an exact match of the ram already inside, and I also installed another 500gb NVME drive on which I installed a hackintosh system running the latest Big Sur OS using this guy's setup plus a couple tweaks: https://github.com/AndresGarciaSobrado91/MSI-Modern15-Hackintosh so I can now dual-boot Windows 10 and MacOS.
What are some alternatives?
