Changing deep Pop Os accent colors
I would like to change some of Pop_Os's accent colors. I've successfully changed the majority of them with the help of [Yaru color] (https://github.com/Jannomag/Yaru-Colors) but as the screen shot shows, I can't seem to change some of them.

How to install Ubuntu theme (Yaru) on Fedora 36?
I personally do not like the default Yaru accent color that you get via the repos, so I just manually install the color I want from Yaru colors to /usr/share/themes.

Another user here captivated by Tumbleweed GNOME. Personally I found it better than Fedora 35.
It's Yaru Colors 21.04 Dark Teal variant (It hasn't been updated yet to GNOME 40, so the shell theme is kind of broken right now, but the GTK theme is still working fine).

What browser do you use recommend?
Firefox and then Brave if I need a Chromium based browser, although I think I am going to ditch Brave for Thorium. Maybe even Edge, it's a lot better now.

I make a Chromium fork for Linux, Windows, and MacOS called Thorium. Thought I’d share here.
Also, typing in the search field on the chrome://settings page crashes Thorium 103.0.5054.0 (your provided binary at https://github.com/Alex313031/Thorium-Win/releases/tag/M103.0.5054.0) on Windows 11 Version 21H2 (Build 22000.675). That might not have to do with any of your modifications though. Could just be a bug with that Chromium build.
