  • Where can I publish a paper about a quantum open source library?

I've been working for a while on a Julia library for performing fermionic simulations. Coming from accademia, I would like to publish a paper about it, but I am not sure which publisher would accept this type of work. There are no new physical results in the code, but I believe it might be very useful for people working in fermionic-related problems. This is the library: Fermionic.jl (disclaimer: it's a work in progress).
