Save games and copying them?
TitleID list for original Xbox games is available from jeltaqq's github repository Xbox-Original-Gamelist. There do seem to be a few errors in the list. They are noted in the issues section for this github.com repository.

General advice for best experience
For external video, a xosvp is the best output video option. Combine that with a scaler like Gbs-c and you can get a really nice looking image

Mod I've been working on: CatponentX
This is an internal component-out mod I've been working on for the OG Xbox, intended to provide the best analog signal possible. It's very similar to the XOSVP (and in fact, DiscoStarslayer helped a bunch with this project), however this has the advantage of bypassing the Xbox's own low-pass filters for component video (which are more "focused" on 480i than 720p and such).

I made my own Component cables! (Took me an entire month though, blame my ADHD)

Just got an OG Xbox. No av cables though. Mfg date is 2005.
I don't understand why the recommendations are any other than an XOVP cable. You can make your own, buy it from a reputable "retro" store or from a reputable seller from eBay that makes their own and you'll have the best possible experience.

There's also DiscoStarslayer's Xbox Open Source Video Project - a DIY high-definition AV component video pack for the Xbox. See the dev's shop SOLD OUT or his GitHub repository with all the information for you to make one yourself - XOSVP repo.
