I am creating a 1.19.4 mod that creates outlines around specific blocks (selected by their BlockPos variable) and I was stuck at this simple rendering task. Can someone explain me how to do it or how to fix my code?
If you dont get how I would like the outlines to look like, look at Advanced XRay's github: (https://github.com/AdvancedXRay/XRay-Fabric/tree/1.19.4).

If I make a modded server for Minecraft Java editions can my friends on console still play with me
HOWEVER, you might get away with more heavy mods by using PolyMc (not to be confused with the launcher of the same name) which allows for vanilla JE clients to join a modded server without instaling the mods; this should in theory allow your console friends to join.

Iris 1.2.0 for Minecraft is out with the Shader Configuration GUI!
Oof, bad name. I looked it up and the first thing I found was this. I was wondering why it was not mentioning anything related to MultiMC or a launcher...

Would it be possible to add new blocks through serverside fabric mods and resource/data packs?
There's also PolyMC which converts existing mods to be serverside only https://github.com/TheEpicBlock/PolyMc

Can you run world gen mods on serverside only?
And if it does add modded blocks you can try using PolyMC as well.
- Do people need to download the modpack on my server to play on it?
