If you're looking for something that needs skill: try Wildlander ( https://www.wildlandermod.com/ ) - it's requiem combat so it's not snappy, but difficult in other ways.

Better yet, grab Wabbajack and install the Wildlander modlist. It's built around Requiem and has hundreds of other feature-rich and quality of life mods.

If I were playing with Requiem, I'd definitely just go full Wildlander. It's a modpack, so you don't have to worry about Requiem's main technical hurdle: the compatibility problems you run into when you try to stack "add-ons, other mods" on top of it. It's definitely the best way to get gameplay variety out of a Requiem mod list.

It can be found on and auto installed by Wabbajack.. Wildlander also has an official website discussing the list.
