Windows 11 has significantly higher hardware requirements than Windows 10 due to new security features that are enabled by default. Microsoft published instructions on how to install Windows 11 anyway with a simple registry key adjustment, but I don't recommend that due to the performance impact. Depending on what your hardware is, it may be supported for Windows 11, some computers just need some settings changed such as enabling the built in TPM. What I would do is run the tool from https://whynotwin11.org and see what it says, you may have something setup incorrectly on your PC that you can fix, such as enabling the TPM function or converting your boot drive to GPT. After that, you will be fully supported for Windows 11.

Find the highest resolution Windows 11 Bloom animation for a vanity.
Here and here, but I can only find 1080p.

Windows 11 was supposed to make the wallpaper animated at device unlock but was never used due to multiple wallpapers available to change, but willnode’s autobloom has a similar technology to make the wallpaper animated when signed in.
