I mean, it's unique?
The custom window decoration system (Aurorae) is rather ancient (and I think relatively unmaintained too) in that it uses pixels for the sizes of things, that's why some of those 3rd party ones have variants specifically for 1.25x, 1.5x etc (at least WhiteSur does).

How would one go about creating something like this in blender? I'm stumped
I mean, nice investigative work! I run Arch (btw), sway as my window manager, the cursors is from https://github.com/vinceliuice/WhiteSur-cursors. I just filmed a small region of my screen to make the video easier to understand on small displays, that is the reason for the weird aspect-ration. The CPU is an i7 7th gen. And the wallpaper is indeed bliss :)
