SIP Client Development - which stack to use ?
Asterisk has it's AGI and AMI protocols for control. I've used this in the past with Adhearsion for a few basic tasks. There is a C# AGI library, AsterNET, which might be of interest: https://github.com/AsterNET/AsterNET
