You can download it here https://github.com/GeyserMC/Geyser-Fabric It seems to have floodgate support with this fabric port https://github.com/GeyserMC/Floodgate-Fabric although I have only used geyser on its own for my servers

Bedrock times out after login
Are you running serverside mods? This can be an issue, it works fine with Fabric as long as your server is running GeyserMC/Geyser-Fabric (github.com)
