I made a class to facilitate the use o wp_mail
I saw someone post this package https://github.com/anthonybudd/WP_Mail looks very elegant, you can either create a PR (if author is active) or you can fork it and start adding functionality or refactoring some code, if it needs upgrade, PSR and stuff.
