If you run "offline" servers that allow cracked clients to connect, I highly recommend using the plugins AuthMeReloaded and FastLogin. For BungeeCord and its forks you'll also need AuthMeBungee and setup FastLogin for Bungee, or for Velocity use AuthMeVelocity and Velocity-Fast-Login.
