how to change encumbrance formula?
Check out the Variant Encumbrance module! It lets you change the name of the units and the weight multipliers, so it should do exactly what you need it to.

Does FoundryVTT make running shadowrun easier?
There's a how-to on the wiki part of the github for the project. It made punching in my whole team of characters take like 20 minutes including double-checking and adding details that the import couldn't cover.

How does the Shadowrun 5e system's Overwatch tracker work?
I've read the project's wiki from start to finish and there doesn't seem to be any documentation on it. Besides the wiki, I tried youtube, google and this subreddit but have not found anything helpful yet. The only hint I was able to find is a PR introducing the system. I've tried playing around with it but so far I haven't managed to make any progress.

Transitioning Shadowrun from Roll20 to Foundry, tips and guidance?
