The Vanced microG APK installed on your device, which can be found here: https://github.com/TeamVanced/VancedMicroG. To my knowledge, there's no ReVanced one.

Have you tried using Vanced Micro G from the creators of YouTube Vanced? That's the version I'm using rn and it works for me
