I'm a fan! I daily drive a 4x10, so a shift to this layout isn't bad at all! A layout that I use that I find fairly comfortable and "easy" is my homebrew TypeBeastXDPlus Home Edition: https://github.com/ChrisChrisLoLo/TypeBeastXDPlus

Excellent taste. My keymap is my own homebrew layout that's suitable for casual use and programming, which I have humbly given the name of TypeBeastXDPlus Home Edition. The one in the top left is one of my first projects: the gasket mounted banime40

It's a bit of a learning curve, though if you are interested in trying 4x10, I suggest trying out my layout here. It's not as clean as a map from a 60% keyboard as the Planck layout, though it does have all the support for modifiers, and is good enough to use for programming IMO

I have a 4x10 layout that makes it easier to go from the Planck layout here: https://github.com/ChrisChrisLoLo/TypeBeastXDPlus

Hey everyone! I often get asked what layout I use for my 4x10 ortholinear boards, and while I usually respond with Miryoku, I actually have a custom layout that I’m pretty comfortable with. Since 4x10 is a very serious layout, it was only appropriate to give my layout an equally fitting name: TypeBeastXD+ Home Edition

I heard there was a demand for wireless ortholinear boards, and made the babbit36! It’s inspired by the Technikable, Zaphod Lite, and Corne-ish Zen! It’s also DIY friendly, since it uses a Seeduino XIAO nrf52 board as the MCU!
