Another vote for TasmoAdmin. I also recommend TasmoBackup, which has saved me many hours over the years.

I was searching for a self hosted solution to regularly backup all my tasmota devices automatically. As nothing fitting my needs seemed to exist, I just created tasmockup and open sourced it on GitHub.
