Any way to replay a boss without going through the whole game again?
You’d have to play through the game for this to work, but you can use the Speedsouls Save Organizer to easily back up your save right at the fog wall of certain boss fights, and retry them as much as you would like. Doing it in front of the fog wall also cuts out the runbacks, which is a lifesaver for fights like Manus that have long runbacks.

How do people make save states?
Copying over your save file will work as others have suggested, but if you want to keep a bunch of saves for different bosses and stuff, I’d recommend using the Save Organizer. It makes it much faster to create, organize, and load different saves once you have it set up.

Livesplit Question: Pausing with 2 timers
Pretty out-of-the-box solution, but you could download the Hit Counter Manager a program whose main purpose is to help you keep track of how many hits you have taken. Expect that is has a built in timer as well, so you just basically turn off everything related to actually keep tracking of hits and just use it as a secondary live split, you click on "turn on timer" and then never turn it off.
