Unlocking catalyst
Look at this post, there’s instructions on how to find the game save files. This repo also has 100% save files in case you want to unlock ascensions and other stuff. Pretty much just need to copy-paste contents.

Help wanted in making a collection of preference files that unlock everything
I have created a [Github repo](https://github.com/oelna/Slay-the-Spire-Preferences) (which I hope doesn't violate the game's TOS or something) where I have collected what I have. The files there unlock all four characters and many of the cards and relics. But I can't spend an infinite amount of time on this and many things are still missing.

Expedition Rewards
If you want to go for the save editor method, you don't need to edit your save file, but rather go to the account save and enable said rewards. NomNom has a nice interface with these things separated, and I feel like NMS Save Editor is more powerful, but it will ask you to open a game save before allowing you to edit the account save (it will NOT do anything to the game save as long as you don't change anything and click save).

Base Reordering Website Tool
Important note: It is very strongly recommended to use the NomNom save editor to get the JSON from the save and paste it back into it. The Java save editor doesn't correctly process special characters, which can potentially mess up your base names. It also has very poor performance when pasting the JSON back into the save.
