Not really finding a distro
While I am not a big fan few of my colleagues like monokai. It was the default colorscheme of sublime text.

You could 1. Try to find out what the most prominent hexadecimal colors are 2. Find a random colorscheme that looks similar 3. edit the colorscheme as you see fit (the file that you need to edit should something like this under the colors folder https://github.com/sickill/vim-monokai/blob/master/colors/monokai.vim)
