Python Folding
This is a known issue with SimpylFold (https://github.com/tmhedberg/SimpylFold/issues/116) I still use it because I think it gives the best folding, but I also have a snippet in ~/.vim/after/ftplugin/python.vim which recalculates folds when saving the document, making this bug less annoying

What Fold Method are you using? Are you satisfied with your current Fold Method?
For python I love using SympylFold plugin. For other languages I simply don't use folds at all. (N)vim folding is bad in general IMO, even when using Treesitter.

neovim plugins that have improved your workflow
Leap is a subset of lightspeed.nvim by the same author. It's been a while since I tried hop so I don't remember how it compares to leap.
