[PC] [Late 2000s or early 2010s] Website/program where you can make an animated short video with animated figures and it was fairly easy to do
Was it 2D or 3D? Try GoAnimate (Vyond) or Scratch

Kids don't need tools for kids
Scratch has a very detailed wiki[1], which contains detailed explanations of even the most basic of concepts, along with example code. Now it also has built-in tutorials.
However, the real strength of Scratch is that it doesn't need any documentation or instruction. You can learn it simply by clicking around and trying things out. The blocks only click together in valid combinations (which you can infer from the shape of the blocks), so it's literally impossible to create a syntax error.

Where's the scroll bar???
It is turned out to be because of that the wiki cache in wiki's server was not "nuked" (i.e. cleared) after an update in the source code (see GitHub issue for reference) I guess it should also work well for Chrome right now.

I made a partially open-source alternative to the Steam Client
I'd love to some day see a GTK interface option, similar to https://github.com/tkashkin/Adwaita-for-Steam but actually a GTK/libadwaita app rather than just emulating the look.

I'm using cantarell-static for Adwaita-for-Steam to work better. After an flatpak package update, none of my flatpak gnome apps can use this font anymore.

Using a steam skin I made, today it just cut off half the top tool bar. what is this?
All you have to do is to edit resource/layout/uinavigatorpanel.layout of your skin and replace all references to emailreminderbar or phonereminderbar with LibraryAnchor. Here is this fix applied to my skin for example.
