I used this github guide to get my Ryzen 5600G(with RX570 card) working with Ventura(downloaded from Dortania). If your installation gives you Russian language open a Mac terminal and type - "nvram -c", "shutdown -r now" - and it should reboot in English.

[SOLVED] - I completely rebuilt and refactored my EFI from scratch and everything is working properly now. I'm not sure what the "final" fix was, to be honest as a handful of files were carried over, but I think it was SSDT related. Final files if it is helpful for future onlookers with similar issues can be found here.
