Nice find! RPG Awesome is not developed by World Anvil, so while Janet (co-founder) is British, that's something for the RPG Awesome font to fix! Looks like someone reported it already: https://github.com/nagoshiashumari/Rpg-Awesome/issues/74

New UI! The slideout UI is now available on Desktop. If you wish to access the old menu, just click "Classic Menu" at the bottom near the search option. For users on touch screens, click the Nethys mask in the top-left to open/close the menu. The new icons come from the fantastic open source font RPG-Awesome

pretty much gone, the beta site seems still to be alive http://beta.compass-style.org/reference/compass/css3/ and the github repo is still about https://github.com/Compass/compass/
